He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Bellish and Margaret "Peggy" Howells Bellish; his uncles, Jay Kovachik and Dennis Howells; and his aunt Janet Klein.
He is survived by: his brothers, Michael Bellish (Jodi) of Austintown, Dennis Bellish (Barb) of Austintown and Gary Bellish of Youngstown; his nephews, Michael, Matthew and Bryan; and his niece Jessica. He is also survived by several cousins; and many other extended family.
