She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Ormsby and Elizabeth Milby Ormsby; her daughter Melissa Anne Williams; and her brother Donald Ormsby. She is survived by: her husband Paul; her daughter Ashley Cade (Todd) of St. Louis, MO; her sister Diane Zupko of North Lima, OH; her grandchildren, Dan Bradford (Allison) of Cuyahoga Falls, OH, Lucy of St. Louis, MO, Emily of St. Louis, MO and Will Cade of St. Louis, MO; and her great grandchildren, Paisley and Peyton.
