She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Kominak and Anna Kocur Kominak; her siblings, Helen, Anna (Margaret Kominak), Aloysius Kominak and Eleanor Tremblay (Joseph Kominak); her nephew Mark Kominak; and her great-niece Eva Kominak.
She is survived by: her close friend Rusty. She is also survived by her eleven nieces and nephews; 20 great-nieces and nephews; and eight great-great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mary's name to the Hospice House.
