She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Petaccio and Mary Petaccio (La Volpa); her son Don Gray; her granddaughter Angela Gray; and her brothers, Anthony and James Petaccio.
She is survived by: her sons, James Gray IV (Helen) of Denver, CO, Joseph Gray (Cathy) of Youngstown and Gary Gray (Deb McDowell) of Lowellville; her grandchildren, Jim Gray (Mona), Cindy Gray, Linda Gray, Gina Gray, Amber Cercone (Mark) and Colton Gray; her sister Patricia Petaccio of Boardman; and her siblings-in-law, Carolyn Petaccio and Bob Gray. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
