She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Harvey and Linda Barnard; her grandmother Ruth B. Nash; and her sister Lisa Habraken. She is survived by: her children, Kayla Barnard, Alexis Goetz, Joseph Goetz Jr., Nickolas Goetz, Destiny Goetz and Kaytlynn Goetz; her grandchildren, Conner, Lilly, Colten, Caiden Cavaliere and Aleah Goetz; and her sisters, Dawn Kurelko, Holly Baun-Ward and Jamie Sanchez.
