He was predeceased by: his father Leonard Pitts. He is survived by: his mother Ameilia "Emma" Gabriel Pitts; his wife Diane O'Connell Pitts; his sons, Leonard "Lenny" of Youngstown, Andrew of Texas and Stephen (Angela) of Youngstown; his sisters, Linda Beck of Poland and Lucy DiCioccio (George) of Boardman; his grandchildren, L. J., Arlo, Jordan and Emma Rose Pitts; and his parents-in-law, Janet, Bob Toth of Hubbard, Bill and Pam O'Connell of Rochester, N. Y.. He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews.
