He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Jack and Maureen Copanic Jack. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Jack of Youngstown, Glenn Jack (Valerie) of Austintown, Richard Jack of Carlsbad, Mary Jorgenson (Eric) of Greensboro, Patty Borys (Paul) of Mesquite, Nev, Sheryl Gentile (Adam) of Seminole, Fla. and Jennifer Chetosky (Mike) of Macomb, Mich.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

“Kenny was a GREAT guy! Unfortunately, I only knew him while he was sick and fighting to get better. I assisted Kenny with his therapy and even on his toughest days, he still wanted to try as hard as he could. He was kind, caring, respectful and thoughtful, always thinking of others despite being in the worst situation himself. Myself and others were so saddend to hear of his passing but I know he is in a better place. his family has my deepest sympathies. RIP kenny”
