He is survived by: his mother-in-law Carole Roberts; his children, Gayle Irwin (Jeff) of Houston, Texas and Todd Balog of Shawnee, Kan.; his grandchild Jamie Irwin-Smith; his sisters, Jean Searles and Cathy West; his half-brothers, Alan Clemmons and John Clemmons; and his stepsister Betty Lou Rush.
