He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Elliott and Marian Elliott (Wicks). He is survived by: his wife Susan Angel; his sister Judith Elliott; his brothers-in-law, Augie Angel (Barbara) of Youngstown and Victor Angel (Dolores) of Cincinnati; and his nephews, Mark and Matt Angel.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donation be made to the Veterans Education Fund at YSU in Jack's memory.
