She was predeceased by: her parents, Myron Broderick and Evelyn Hanson Broderick; her brother Michael Broderick; and her brother-in-law Ken Goodman. She is survived by: her husband Richard Franczkowski; her children, Melissa Hicklin (Shawn) of Canfield and Richard Lynx (Dawn) of Boardman; her siblings, Colleen Goodman of Boardman, Karen McCarthy (Tom) of Boardman and Myron "Chip" Broderick of Walkertown, NC; her grandchildren, Hannah, Jacob and Alivia Hicklin; and her siblings-in-law, Robert (Diane), Ronald, Bryan Franczkowski (Karen) and Kathleen Grubb (Robert Spencer). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Joan's family to distribute accordingly to their charity of choice.
