He was predeceased by: his parents, Almira "June" Cool and Gordon Scott Wadsworth. He is survived by: his sons, Chance Scott Wadsworth and Justin Robert Wadsworth; and his siblings, Randall Sandy (Donna), Donna Boles (Jerry) and Connie Jasko. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many friends.
