He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Sr. Viano and Rosemary Viano (Famularo). He is survived by: his wife Christine Porembski; his children, James III Viano (Jennifer) of North Lima, Scott Viano (Gina) of Boardman and Leah Lumbaca (Alessandro) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Ava, Ethan, Samantha, Christian, Alina and Gabriella; his brother Anthony Viano (Helene) of Boardman; and his siblings-in-law, Chester Porembski (Louise), Walter Porembski, Kay Ahlquist (Larry), Theresa Good (Robert) and Jennifer (Louis). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Jim's favorite charity was the Salvation Army and any material contributions may be made in Jim's name to the Salvation Army, 1501 Glenwood Ave., Youngstown, Ohio 44511.
