He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William M. Rice of Youngstown and Annie B. Rice of Birmingham, Alabama.; his former wife Roslyn Leavell-Rice of Huntsville; his daughter Miss Michelle Rice of Huntsville; his grandchildren, Jayden, Judoee and Jerrin; and his siblings, Victor, Milton, Robert, Anthony, Reginald, Vivian, Sylvia, Mariam and Eva. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
