With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Majernik (Youngstown, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 10, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Majernik and Mary Majernik; his brother John Majernik; and his siblings-in-law, Gwen Majernik and Joe Simeo.

He is survived by: his daughter Julie Solvesky (Chris); his grandchildren, Audrey and Christopher Solvesky; his pet Moose; his siblings, Fran Hurayt (Jerry), Leo Majernik, Barbara Simeo, Bill Majernik and Len Majernik (Joan); and his sister-in-law Claire Majernik. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
