He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie V. Cochran and Anna Lee Cochran (McNeal); and his siblings, Cora Ann Cochran-Straughter, Willie Earl Cochran and Eugene Cochran.
He is survived by: his siblings, Phillip Clayton of Des Moines, Iowa, Billy Ray Cochran (Leona) of Des Moines, Iowa, Dorothy McElroy of Akron and Sally Mae Cochran-Robinson of Akron. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
