He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Barber and Lois Barber Sr. (Gibson); and his brother Eugene Barber. He is survived by: his siblings, Edwin B. Barber, Jr. (Laurie) of Greensboro, NC and Tracy Bartlett (Robert) of Liberty; his children, James M. Barber, Jr. of Rural Valley, PA, Cole Maloy of Girard and Jami Barber of Belle Vernon, PA; and his grandsons, Geno Barber and Milo Quinn.
