She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Leckie and Esther Leckie (Boke); and her husband Jack T. Brown of Poland. She is survived by: her children, Burt Brown (Sharon) of Hermitage, PA and Cheri Clever (Bill) of Sarasota, Florida.; her grandchildren, Michael Clever, Jack Clever, Burt Brown Jr. and Amy Brown; her great grandchildren, Victoria Clever, Tommy Brown, Cheyenne Brown and Hunter Brown; and her siblings, Mary Yackso, Julia Gordon, Elizabeth Brown, Steve and James Leckie.
Memorial contributions may be made in Irene's name to Austintown Senior Center, Austintown, Ohio.
