He is survived by: his sons, John Q of Boardman and Breen G (Lori) of Canfield; his grandchildren, Howard O'Malley IV (Jacqueline), Sean P O'Malley and Bridget Spangler (James); his great grandchildren, James and Jocelyn Spangler; and his close friend Carole McDonough.
