He is survived by: his wife Nellie Perry Affolter; his children, Jason Affolter of Brunswick, Krista Kostantinovich (Devin) of Medina, James Kutchel (Lisa) of Phoenix, Ariz, Jacquelyn Kutchel of Howland and Gina Malone (James) of Boardman; his grandchildren, Lyla, Nora Kostantinovich, Adalyn, Jameson, Landon and Larynn Kutchel; his mother-in-law Mary Ann Perry of Canfield; his siblings, Gregory Affolter (Ivy) of Kimbolton, Jeff Affolter (Darlene Parsons) of Coventry and Sheryl Shaffer (Ronald) of Copley; and his brothers-in-law, David Perry (Kathi) of Boardman and Domenic Perry of Canfield.
