He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Sr. Lazazzera and Rose Lazazzera (Donofrio); and his sister Josephine Diana. He is survived by: his wife Carmen (Francisco); his children, Lisa Weldon (Donald) of Canfield and Michael Lazazzera of Canfield; his grandchildren, David Lazazzera of Miami Beach, Nicole McGaffic (Josh), Dominique Kerpsack (Nick), Annika, Mia and Carlie Lazazzera; and his great grandchildren, Eliana and Gabriella.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to The Italian Heritage Foundation at 159 N. Hazelwood Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509.
