He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. Bush, II and Gloria M. Bush; his sister Elizabeth Rosati; and his nephew Alex Carsky-Bush. He is survived by: his wife Deborah DeAngelis Bush; his brothers, Joseph J. Bush, III of Youngstown and Michael Bush of Albany; his daughter Emily S. Bush; his stepson Sam (Kristina) of Ebensburg, PA; his stepgrandchildren, Julia, Emma and Gabriel; his stepson Scott (Donnalee) of Port Orange, FL; his stepgrandchildren, Mason and Charlotte; and his nieces and nephews, Courtney, Caroline Bush, Cece, Andrew Carsky-Bush, Rachel Vaphides (Rosati), Michael Rosati (Megan Rosati), Hilary Hemming (Allen), Haley Allen, Mallory Allen and Lindey Allen.
