He is survived by: his wife Marlene Snowden of Youngstown; his stepmother Imogene Snowden of Youngstown; his children, Siobhan Richardson of Girard, Donald Jr. of Johnstown, PA., Jurrell, Turrell Snowden of Youngstown, Corey Richardson (Tiffany) of Youngstown, Brandon Richardson of Columbus, Frankie Stewart III (Danyell) of Youngstown, Charles "Chuck" Ford (Marla) of Canton and Rhonda Richardson; his siblings, Tyrone Snowden (Collette) of Jacksonville, FL., Gilbert Parker (Omega) of Columbus, Gwendolyn Snowden of Youngstown and Drucilla Parker of Fairborn, GA; and his aunt Dorothy Berry of Campbell. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members and friends.
