She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl V. Carter Sr. and Edna E. Churchill (Suggs); and her siblings, Carl Carter Jr. and Crystal Carter. She is survived by: her husband Antony J. Reesby; her stepmother Shigeko Carter; her brother Dr. Luther Carter; and her siblings-in-law, Debbie Mogel (Jim) of Erie, PA and Andrew Reesby of Ohio. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
