She is survived by: her son Robert VanCeil Owens (Earline) of Youngstown; and her siblings, Bill Johnson (Susan) of Naperville, IL, Tyrone Johnson (Cassandra) of Youngstown, Lynette Taylor (John) of Youngstown and Denise Parnell Jackson (Bernard) of Youngstown. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
