It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Danny M. Hornikel (Youngstown, Ohio), born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on May 31, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hornikel and Bernice Hornikel (McCleese); and his brother Bill Hornikel. He is survived by: his wife Karen Marshall; his children, Mischell Riggs (Daniel) of Logan, Lisa Maleszewski of Columbus, Michael Hornikel (Kati) of Rootstown and Skye Maleszewski (Kevin) of Austintown; and his siblings, Martin Hornikel of McDonald, Karen Shaw of Portsmouth and Sharon Day of Indiana. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
