He was predeceased by: his parents, William Patrick and Anna Letvin Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Monoski Patrick (Cookie); his son Daniel M. Patrick Jr. (Nicole); his stepdaughter Amandalynn Cramer; his grandchildren, Cameron Cramer, Justice Hernandez, Geona Hernandez and Vinny Patrick; and his siblings, William Patrick (Genesta), John Patrick (Karen) and Margaret Cramond (Terry). He is also survived by his 4 grandchildren.
