She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kutlesa and Frances Kutlesa (Nezovich); her husband Guido Carabbia; and her siblings, George, John Kutlesa, Peggy Milisich, Lucy Kutlesa and Eleanor Cebak.

She is survived by: her children, Ronald D. Carabbia (Rosie) of Struthers and Linda Skrinyer (Stephen) of Boardman; her grandsons, Eric Skrinyer (Noelle) of Columbus, Jeff Skrinyer of Delaware and Andrew Skrinyer (Bree) of Boardman; and her sisters-in-law, Marian Kutlesa and Julie Kutlesa. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Donations can be made to the Struthers Historical Society in Betty's name.
