Amber Melnik Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 8, 2021, at the age of 34, Amber Melnik of Youngstown, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brother Sgt. Larry Kuhns, Jr.; her aunt Judi Melnik; her uncle Lee Meyers; and also, Roszalia Danylchak Melnik and Valgene Wolfcale.

She is survived by: her parents, Paul Melnik and Kelly Melnik (Meyers); her children, Adrina Nesbitt, Austin Douglas and Alec Douglas; her fiancé Adam Douglas; her sisters, Sarah Kuhns and Dawn Melnik; her sister-in-law Courtney Kuhns; her cousin Lara Melnik; her close friends, Kia Waller and Haley Griffiths; and her friend Rose Stofko. She is also survived by three nieces and five nephews; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
