He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry M. Carr and Carrie C. Carr (Gibbs); and his siblings, James R. Carr, Roger Carr and Bulah Sweet.
He is survived by: his wife Martha M. Carr (Sawtelle); and his children, Craig Carr (Gloria) of Poland, OH, Mitchell A. Carr (Kim) of Canal Fulton, OH and Julie S. Pierpont (Fred) of Novi, MI. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
