She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Elden and Josephine Glass (Currington); her daughter Bethany Ann Rowe Tuck; her sister Rita Marie Sparks-Pearson; her parents-in-law, James Cole, Edith Josephine Echard, Willaim and Betty Rowe; and her nieces and nephews, Billy Smith, Jonathon Peryea, Steve Glass, Kevin Glass, Taylor Clouse and Jessica Glass Swan.
She is survived by: her children, William V. Rowe II (Krista Ann) of Waynesville, Amy R. Spicer (Paul) of Beavercreek and Kayleigh C. Rowe of Xenia; her grandchildren, Tyler M., Ellie Rowe, Kaytlyn Spicer, Rai, Kaymen and Kaizen Gilbert; her sister Linda Darlene Schoonover of Fairborn; and her in-laws, Frances Clevenger, James Cole (Betty), Janice Smith, Judy Brandenburg, Tammy Cole and Edward Cole (Jonda).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton or a Mission or Charity of your choice in memory of Debra.
