We are sad to announce that on December 21, 2022, at the age of 64, Leif Eriksen (Woodville, Ohio), born in Toledo, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Eriksen and Tom Eriksen. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Mariah and Alex; and his great grandchild Axle.

There will be no service at this time, but please consider setting aside a Memorial Contribution for a musical festival to be planned in his honor in Summer 2023.
