We are sad to announce that on September 30, 2020, at the age of 91, Vernon Burke Sr. of Woodsfield, Ohio, born in New Matamoras, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Burke and Alice Cline Burke; and his children, Leroy Burke, Rick Burke, Peggy Coleman and Holly Burke.
He is survived by: his wife Billie Jean Murphy Burke of Woodsfield; his sons, Steve Burke (Nancy) of Newcomerstown and Randy Burke (Karen) of Dennison; his daughters-in-law, Glenda Burke of Dennison and Lesa Burke of Perrysville; and his siblings, Mary Lee Munday of Wooster, Bob Burke of Massillon and Janet Sweeney Burke of Coshocton. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 20 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
