With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Baldwin of Woodsfield, Ohio, born in Monroe, Ohio, who passed away on January 31, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Ebert and Mae Kimpel Ebert; her husband Emanuel; and her brother Harold Ebert (Marge) of Canton. She is survived by: her children, Gary Baldwin (Barbara) of Loveland, Sharon Barrows (Jim) of Woodsfield and Linda Hagan (Rick) of Jerusalem; her grandchildren, Dusty Barrows, Scott Hagan (Amanda), Danae Barrows, Charity Antunez (Ramon), Chelsea Nowakowski (Ron) and Stacie Baldwin; and her brothers, Don Ebert (Carolyn) and Vernie Ebert (Thelma). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
