He is survived by: his wife Debra Holstein of Woodsfield; his daughters, Carrie Buzzard (Daniel) of Summersville, Shelly Quinn of Malaga, Dawnielle Ray (Andrew) of Martins Ferry and Elisha Adams of Woodsfield; his siblings, Iris Covert of Woodsfield, Frances Goodwin (Mike) of Charleston, Kathleen Gibson of Cleveland and Nick Holstein of Virginia; his grandchildren, Dolan Cramblett (Rikki) of Jerusalem, Kylie and Gregory Quinn; and his great grandchild Jacob. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
