She was predeceased by: her parents, Loyd Collins and Margaret Summers Collins; her husband Robert Wesley Haring Sr.; and her children, Herma Ann McCormick, John and Robert Haring Jr..
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Nicki Reynolds, P. J. Showalter, Sheena Haring, Shawn Haring, Brice Haring, Gary McCormick and Carrie McCormick. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
