Judith Schanks Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judith Schanks of Woodsfield, Ohio, who passed away on January 23, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Thoenen and Virginia Thoenen (Bass); and her husband Lowell. She is survived by: her son Jeff Schanks of Woodsfield; her grandchildren, Faith Ann Schanks, Joshua, Taylor Baker of Barnesville, Emily Baker of Saint Marys, Georgia, Hannah and Seth Anderson of Marysville, Ohio; her great grandchildren, Elowyn and Jensen; and her brother Gene Thoenen (Jean) of St. Clairsville.
In keeping with the state of Ohio mandates, everyone entering the funeral home must wear a mask or facial covering, as well as following social distancing guidelines.
