He is survived by: his stepmother Clara Cunion; his wife Susie Smithberger Cunion of Woodsfield; his daughter Samantha Miller (Cody) of Woodsfield; his siblings, Randy Kelly (Emily), Teresa Cohyers (Emmett), Tina Clarke, Diana Forsythe, Tammy Yinger (Matt) and Ronda Samczuk; his grandson Bexley Jett Miller; and his former spouses, Stephanie and Jeremey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
