He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Haley and Carolyn Hankison Haley; his former wives, Leanna Louise Jones Haley and Frances Kay Colvin Haley; and his brother-in-law Carl "Bud" Rousenberg.
He is survived by: his wife Virgie Davis Haley; his children, Jill Petty (Ron) of Baltimore, Ohio, William "Bill" Haley of Woodsfield and Jon Haley (Victoria) of Nutter Fork; his stepchildren, Teresa Holmes (Brian) of Lisbon, Ohio, Scott Davis of East Liverpool and Charles Husted (Allison) of Bellaire, Ohio; and his sister Lynn Rousenberg of Jerusalem, Ohio. He is also survived by four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; eight step-grandchildren; three step-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
