She was predeceased by: her father Clarence; her son Charles Robert "Bob" Piatt; her stepchildren, Kenneth Barker and Debbie Wilson; and her granddaughter Jodie Smith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shirley Smith (John) of Sardis, Myrtle Smith (Ronnie) of Clarington and Belva Blackstone (Kenney) of Lewisville, Ohio; her stepchildren, Shirley Beahn, Norma Reis, Dannetta Flores and Mike Barker (Judy); and her grandchildren, RJ Smith (Shelley), Johnny Smith (Chris), Monica Blair (Sonny), Melissa Piatt, Michael Piatt, Joshua Smith (Lesley), Amy Mullenix (Brandon), Megan Isaly (Michael), Ryan Blackstone (Dana), Derek Blackstone (Shianne) and Mikayla Blackstone.
Memorial contributions maybe made to Hospice at Summit Acres and or the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery.
