He was predeceased by: his parents, Chuck West and Louise West (Norris); his sister Jean Carpenter; his son Chad West; and his son-in-law Lloyd Ackerman.
He is survived by: his daughters, Nicki Harrington of Evans City, PA, Kim Smith (Ric), Khrystal Pritchard of Chesterfield, MI and Heather Ackerman. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and one great-grandson.
