He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Minder and Grace E. Twinen Minder; and his siblings, Joseph H. Minder, Michael J. Minder, Betty L. Hines and Linda S. Canter.
He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Dean Minder of Woodsfield and Mary Ann Robbins of Columbus. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
