He was predeceased by: his parents, Dink Brannon and Elsie Shell Brannon; and his brother Virgil Brannon. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Brooks Brannon; his children, Lori Ring (Andy) of Beverly, Ohio and Doug Brannon of Woodsfield, Ohio; and his siblings, Clara Carmichael of Tennessee, Retha Cunningham (Frosty) of South Carolina, Roy Brannon (Sharon) of Woodsfield, Gale Brannon of Alabama and Tom Brannon of Tennessee. He is also survived by three granddaughters and six great-grandchildren.
