With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna Sue Stephen of Woodsfield, Ohio, who passed away on September 18, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Graham and Friedanna Copeland Graham; her husband William Stephen; and her grandson William Joseph Stine. She is survived by: her children, Donna Jo Stine of Woodsfield, Ohio, Beth Ann Stine (Scott) of Cumberland, Ohio, William Joseph Stephen Jr. of Quaker City, Ohio and Drew Preston Stephen of Calais, Ohio; and her sister Joy Riggs of Woodsfield, Ohio. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
