We are sad to announce that on May 7, 2021, at the age of 87, Betty Manley of Woodsfield, Ohio, born in Charleston, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Manley; her son Edward C. Knott; her brothers, William Welker and Bob Welker (Mason); her grandson Joey Seidler; and her great grandchild Rickey Wise.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dottie DeJesus of Woodsfield, Sandra Perebzak of Batesville and Angela Bashline of Sumter; and her sisters, Karen Welker of Thailand and Michelle Smith (Welker) of Florida. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
