He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Gene Cruse and Kathleen Smith Cruse; and his brothers, Randy Platz and Joel Lester. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Underwood Cruse of Woodsfield; his sons, Nathanial and Tyler Cruse; and his siblings, Kathy Coffey, Bonnie Allen, Tammy, Bobbi Cruse and Billy Cruse.
