Mills, Sr. and Virginia Mills (Lassiter); his wife Kathy Mills of Wintersville, OH; his children, Bryan Mills (Katie) of Steubenville, OH, Lisa Jolly (Steve) of Mason, OH, Tiffany Pierro of Steubenville, OH, Jennifer Blackburn (Todd) of Wintersville, OH and Kristen Mills of Fairborn, OH; his sister Peggy Stout of Pittsburgh, PA; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Matthew Jolly, Michael, Mia Pierro, Cooper, Nolan Blackburn, Dugan, Carmen and Mae Mills.
