She is survived by: her close friend Patricia Farmer; her sons, Troy (Helen) of Pittsburgh and Barry Starcher (Eric) of Wintersville; her stepdaughter Hope Miller; her grandchildren, Ryan, Chole Meeker, Anthony Machicote, Frank Stotts Jr. and Sheon Stotts; her great grandchild Javier Jones; and her siblings, Mark Starcher (Helen) of Wintersville, Brian Starcher (Brenda) of Mineral City and Pam Starcher of Wintersville.
