She was predeceased by: her parents, John D. Pugh and Regina Lingg Pugh; and her siblings, John J. Pugh, Ronnie Pugh and Shirley Ryan.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Vein Eastridge of Wintersville; and her grandchildren, Brandee Prange (Bruce) of Pensacola, FL and Holly Marie Eastridge of Pinellas Park, FL. She is also survived by brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and friends.
