He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Arthur Meeks and Diane Michelle Meeks. He is survived by: his children, Corbin Clark and Cheyenne Douglass (Paul) of Moundsville, WV; his cousins, Larry Sneathen (Patty), Rick Wilson, Robin Moser, Bill (Lauren) and Allan Finnical (Debbie); his nieces, Emma and Giada LoPrete; his former wife Dawn Welsch of Salem, OH; and his stepsons, Braedon and Zach Altman (Kacy).
