He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest A. Nemeth and Alice V. Hinkle Nemeth; his wife Suzanne Kaiserling Nemeth; and his brother Robert M. Nemeth. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher E. Nemeth (Melanie) and Brian Nemeth (Kerry); his brother Fred Nemeth; and his grandchildren, Santonio, Bradyn, Aiden and Brianna Nemeth.
